The objective of this work is to offer the best possible bread, with all the flavor of the cereal and the natural aroma of the slow fermentation with sourdough. The three characteristics for which a great bread stands out are the result of combining good ingredients with a careful process of elaboration that includes the use of organic flour ground to stone, natural sourdough and long fermentations.
